释义	法律分析: 领导干部职务每个任期为5年，同一职务连续任职不超过两个任期。法律依据: 《党政领导干部职务任期暂行规定》第三条党政领导职务每个任期为5年。第四条党政领导干部在任期内应当保持稳定。除有下列情形之一的，应当任满一个任期：（一）达到退休年龄的；（二）由于健康原因不能或者不宜继续担任现职务的；（三）不称职需要调整职务的；（四）自愿辞职或者引咎辞职、责令辞职的；（五）因受处分或处罚需要变动职务或者被罢免职务的；（六）因工作特殊需要调整职务的。
