释义	被胁迫结婚的婚姻是否有效取决于受胁迫的一方是否在相应的时间内向登记机关或者人民法院请求撤销该婚姻。一般情况下，受胁迫的一方应当自结婚登记之日起一年内提出撤销婚姻的请求。对于被非法限制人身自由的当事人则应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出撤销婚姻的请求。登记机关经审查后认定撤销婚姻登记或者法院判决撤销婚姻登记后，则婚姻自始无效。
