释义	法律分析：申请专利之后的专利年费的缴纳：缴纳年费的年度是从专利申请日起算至下一年的同一日，满一年称为一个年度。自申请日起算，当年为第一年度，第几年就为第几年度，年费在到期日前一个月内缴纳。法律依据：《中国专利法实施细则》第六条专利法和实施细则规定的各种期限的第一日不计算在期限内。期限以年或者月计算的，以其最后一月的相应日为期限届满日，该月无相应日的，以该月最后一日为期限届满日。
