释义	法律分析：不能。合同双方当事人不能在一份设立权利义务的的合同中，同时约定任意一方可不附任何条件的解除合同，这有违订立合同的根本目的。合同当事人不能约定任意解除权，合同是平等主体之间设立、变更、终止民事权利义务关系的协议。当事人应当按照约定履行自己的义务，不得擅自变更或者解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百一十九条依法成立的合同，对当事人具有法律约束力。第一百二十条民事权益受到侵害的，被侵权人有权请求侵权人承担侵权责任。
