释义	租房合同的安全问题写法：1、承租房只能乙方自己使用，不能转租、转借转让他人。2、乙方应遵守有关部门规定，做好防火、防盗、防毒、防汛、防灾、用电、用气等安全工作，严禁“三合一”；3、乙方自行购置的电器或其他设备应当合格且符合安全要求。4、甲方已确认房屋设施的安全性，要求乙方对房屋及设备的使用安全自行负责，发生任何安全事故与甲方无关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十一条租赁物危及承租人的安全或者健康的，即使承租人订立合同时明知该租赁物质量不合格，承租人仍然可以随时解除合同。
