飞机因故障取消航班可以赔偿吗

法律分析：
只有航空公司自己的原因取消航班的情况下才有补偿，比如说像航班超售，可以获得赔偿，比如说航空公司由于自己的原因导致航班延误和达到一定的时间，一般是航空公司的原因延误达到的一定长的时间，才能获得补偿。但是天气原因，安检与旅客，空中交通管制导致的延误和取消是没有赔偿的。
法律依据：
《航班正常管理规定》 第十八条 承运人应当积极探索航班延误保险等救济途径，建立航班延误保险理赔机制。
