问题	在什么情况下用换押证
释义	凡对在押的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人依法变更刑事诉讼程序的，均应办理换押手续。即：公安机关、国家安全机关侦查终结后人民检察院决定受理的，人民检察院审查或者侦查终结后人民法院决定受理的，以及人民检察院退回补充侦查的，在递次移送交接时，移送机关应当填写《换押证》，并加盖公章随案移送;接收机关应当在《换押证》上注明承接时间，填写本诉讼阶段的法定办案起止期限，加盖公章后及时送达看守所。看守所凭《换押证》办理换押手续。法律依据《关于羁押犯罪嫌疑人、被告人实行换押制度的通知》一、二、
