释义	法律分析：任何人发现火灾时，都应当立即报警。任何单位、个人都应当无偿为报警提供便利，不得阻拦报警。严禁谎报火警。公共场所发生火灾时，该公共场所的现场工作人员有组织、引导在场群众疏散的义务发生火灾的单位必须立即组织力量扑救火灾。邻近单位应当给予支援。消防队接到火警后，必须立即赶赴火场，救助遇险人员，排除险情，扑灭火灾。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十九条犯消防责任事故罪，处3年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；后果特别严重的，处3年以上7年以下有期徒刑。
