2023年盖公章的扫描件有效吗

法律分析：
看情况：其一、只要签订合同是双方当事人真实的意思表示，并且合同的内容合法的，则合同签字、盖章、按手印或者一方履行合同主要义务且被对方所接受的情况下，该合同原件有效。则扫描的合同也有效。即扫描件的公章算有效；其二、不符合上述情况的，扫描件的公章无效。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百四十六条 行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
