释义	并存债务承担是指债务人并不脱离合同关系，而由第三人加入到合同关系当中，与债务人共同承担合同义务。在加入债务人时，无需债权人同意，因为新增债务人，对债权人多了一层保障，有利无弊。但是债务人应当通知债权人。第三人加入债务以后，即和原债务人同样，具有向债权人清偿债务的义务。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百五十二条，第三人与债务人约定加入债务并通知债权人，或者第三人向债权人表示愿意加入债务，债权人未在合理期限内明确拒绝的，债权人可以请求第三人在其愿意承担的债务范围内和债务人承担连带债务。
