法律分析：
有请求权。请求权是民事诉讼法上的最基本权利，请求权是提起诉讼的基石和实现胜诉权利的充分必要条件。从本质来看，请求权只能向特定相对人提出请求，只能基于债权或物权或其它一定的法律关系，对相对人发生一定法律后果的诉讼权利，在诉讼中体现为相对性、请求性。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百七十五条 合伙人的债权人不得代位行使合伙人依照本章规定和合伙合同享有的权利，但是合伙人享有的利益分配请求权除外。
