释义	法律分析：违法。伪造产品产地的，伪造或者冒用他人厂名、厂址的，伪造或者冒用认证标志等质量标志的，责令改正，没收违法生产、销售的产品，并处违法生产、销售产品货值金额等值以下的罚款；有违法所得的，并处没收违法所得；情节严重的，吊销营业执照。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十四条销售明知是假冒注册商标的商品，违法所得数额较大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以下有期徒刑，并处或者单处罚金；违法所得数额巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
