释义	法律分析：所谓反治，是顺从疾病假象而治的一种治疗法则。即采用方药或措施的性质顺从疾病的假象，与疾病的假象相一致，故又称“从治”。究其实质，是在治病求本法则指导下，针对疾病的本质而进行治疗的方法，故仍然是“治病求本”。法律依据：《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》第二条不正当竞争，是指经营者违反本法规定，损害其他经营者合法权益，扰乱社会经济秩序的行为。本法所称的经营者，是指从事商品经营或者营利性服务（以下所称商品包括服务）的法人、其他经济组织和个人。
