释义	公司的收购是股东之间的事情，和员工没有关系。即使你没有通知公司不想继续续约，也没有什么补偿。公司要求员工重新签署劳动合同，一般是需要承诺承继员工原来的劳动期限的，这个劳动期限与未来享受的待遇有关。例如是否可以签署无固定期限劳动合同、将来裁员时的经济补偿金、年假的天数等。如果公司不承诺承继原来的劳动期限，则员工可以要求结清以前的工龄补偿，即一年一个月工资，六个月以上不满一年按照一年计算，六个月以下按照半年计算。
