释义	法律分析: (一)债务是可以转移的，但必须由当事人亲自履行的债务不能转移； (二)约定债务转移的以债权人同意为必要条件； (三)产生了新的合同关系，债务转移前之合同关系消灭，债务转移后的合同关系产生； (四)合同主体已经变更，第三人成为合同当事人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
