释义	法律分析: 正局职或相当于正局职领导干部的子女及其配偶，局级副职或相当于局级副职领导干部的配偶、子女及其配偶，不得在领导干部管辖的地区或者业务范围内经商办企业，不得在领导干部曾经担任过领导职务的地区经商办企业。法律依据: 《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则（试行）》第三十条为配偶、子女及其他亲友经商、办企业提供便利和优惠条件的，依照《纪律处分条例》第八十八条的规定处理。对其配偶、子女及其他亲友获取的经济利益依法予以处理。
