释义	法律分析：按照目前国家对于公租房的买卖政策来说，公租房是不能够在市场上进行流通和买卖的。因为只有在符合政策要求下，才可以享受优惠并且进行租赁使用。如果发现有人在市面上对公租房进行买卖和转让公租房，那么买房者要提高警惕，不要购入公租房。买卖公租房都是违反法律的。法律依据：《公共租赁住房管理办法》第七条申请公共租赁住房，应当符合以下条件： (一)在本地无住房或者住房面积低于规定标准; (二)收入、财产低于规定标准; (三)申请人为外来务工人员的，在本地稳定就业达到规定年限。
