释义	关于不续签劳动合同的处置，在公司维持或者提高劳动合同约定条件续订劳动合同，劳动者不同意续订的情形下，劳动合同自然终止，公司无需向做亏劳动者支付经济补偿；法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十四条有下列情形之一的，劳动合同终止：(一)劳动伏胡告合同期满的第四十六条有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿：除用人单位维持或者提高劳动合同约定条件续订劳动合同，劳动者不同意续订的情形外，依照本法第四十四条第一项则定终止固缺明定期限劳动合同的；
