释义	如果房东没有向当事人发出解除租赁合同的通知，不可以换锁，属于侵权行为，是犯法的，可以起诉要求排除妨碍。若房东已提前通知租客，则此时租客的行为视为不履行租赁合同，房东可因此不再与租客续约，可以换锁转租他人。法律依据：《城市房屋租赁管理办法》第二十二条承租人必须按期缴纳租金，违约的，应当支付违约金。
