问题	提存后债权债务关系消灭吗
释义	从标的物交付有关机关提存之日起，债务人与原债权人之间的债权债务关系消灭。即债务人免除了继续向债权人履行债务的义务，债权人只能向提存物的保管人提出给付的请求，不得再向原债务人提出。【法律依据】《民法典》第五百七十二条，标的物提存后，债务人应当及时通知债权人或者债权人的继承人、遗产管理人、监护人、财产代管人。《民法典》第五百七十三条，标的物提存后，毁损、灭失的风险由债权人承担。提存期间，标的物的孳息归债权人所有。提存费用由债权人负担。
