转账有时候不是马上到帐的，一般是在24小时内到帐的，建议你可以等24小时，还没有到的话，是可以去询问银行，看是否是有款项转入，没有的话，就是单位没有发工资，这时候你是可以询问单位的。

第三十条 劳动报酬
用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
