释义	法律分析：依据我国法律的规定，冒充现役军人进行诈骗活动的，是属于违法犯罪的行为，要追究法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十一条 冒充国家机关工作人员或者以其他虚假身份招摇撞骗的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处五百元以下罚款节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。冒充军警人员招摇撞骗的，从重处罚。《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百七十二条冒充军人招摇撞骗的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
