释义	法律分析：法院判刑后还可以追究其他人的法律责任。在刑事案件中，法院已经判决并生效的，只是已经由法院受理的案件本身结了案，并不表示与所审理的案件有关的案件全部结案，也不是表示不再追究其他涉案人员的法律责任。在法院结案后，对于其他的违法犯罪人员，仍应该依法追究其违法犯罪行为的法律责任，如果构成犯罪的仍然可以继续追究其刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第八十一条被判处有期徒刑的犯罪人，执行原判刑期二分之一以上，被判处无期徒刑的犯罪人，实际执行10年以上，才可以假释。
