释义	法律分析: 地役权是用益物权。所谓地役权，是指土地上的权利人（土地所有权人、土地使用权人）为自己使用土地的方便或者土地利用价值的提高，通过约定而得以利用他人土地的一种用益物权。《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百七十二条地役权人有权按照合同约定，利用他人的不动产，以提高自己的不动产的效益。前款所称他人的不动产为供役地，自己的不动产为需役地。
