释义	复婚，就是离婚后的男女双方自愿恢复夫妻关系，到婚姻登记机关办理登记手续，重新确立婚姻关系的行为。当事人离婚之后想要复婚的，应当携带双方的身份证、户口簿、离婚证或者法院的判决书或调解书。到一方常住户口的区县级民政局的婚姻登记机关提出申请，经过婚姻登记机关审核之后，认为符合复婚条件的，撤销之前的离婚证或者法院的判决书或调解书，发给复婚登记证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十三条 【复婚登记】离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。
