法律分析：租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期间届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同，但约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。消费者租赁车位(库)(就是所谓的销售使用权)，最长期限只有20年，20年后是不受法律保护的。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第七百零五条 租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。
