释义	法律分析：驱逐出境方式有两种：一是独立适用。二是附加适用。驱逐出境需要注意的问题： 1、对被驱逐出境的外国人持有的准予在我国居留的证件，一律收缴。 2、被驱逐出境的外国人的机票、车票、船票的费用由本人负担。 3、负责具体执行的公安机关，应当按确定的期限立即执行。 4、对被驱逐出境的外国人，其出境的口岸应事先确定，就近安排。 5、执行人员要监督被驱逐出境的外国人登上交通工具并离境后方可离开。法律依据：《刑法》第三十五条，对于犯罪的外国人，可以独立适用或者附加适用驱逐出境。
