问题	什么是竞业限制，规定是
释义	竞业限制条款在劳动合同中为延迟生效条款，也就是劳动合同的其他条款法律约束力终结后，该条款开始生效。当事人在劳动合同或者保密协议中约定竞业限制条款的，必须同时约定经济补偿的内容。用人单位应当在终止或解除劳动者劳动合同后，给予劳动者经济补偿。该经济补偿标准、数额由当事人自行约定。在约定竞业限制条款时应当同时约定具体的违约责任的承担方式和内容，但不得再约定解除劳动合同的提前通知期。竞业限制的约定不得违反法律、法规的规定。该内容由麻侦贤律师和律说律答共创回答
