单位要求完不成任务扣工资 -工资拖欠

法律分析:
用人单位给员工订销售任务,如果员工不能完成扣员工工资是不合理的,用人单位的行为属于一种无故克扣工资的行为,对于用人单位无故克扣工资的行为,劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报,要求用人单位支付其被克扣的工资。用人单位克扣或者拖欠劳动者工资的,劳动者可以向劳动保障监察大队投诉该单位。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
