借款超过2年怎么办
释义
法律分析：有还款期限的借条，诉讼时效从还款期限之日起计算为三年。没有还款期限的借条，出借人可以随时向借款人要求还款，诉讼时效从权利人主张权利之时开始计算。在三年内，权利人再次主张权利的，适用诉讼时效中断的规定。出借人20年内不主张权利，法律诉讼时效即超过。对当事人双方约定分期履行的，诉讼时效期间自最后一期履行期限届满之日起计算。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百八十八条 向人民法院请求保护民事权利的诉讼时效期间为三年。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
