释义	法律分析: 买到全新的库存车不属欺诈不能退一赔三。库存车一般是指库存时间超过6个月还没有销售出去的汽车，库存车本身也是新车只不过长期没有销售出去而已并不存在欺诈。所谓欺诈是指把二手车当新车卖才算欺诈，才能要求退一赔三。法律依据:《消费者权益保护法》第五十五条经营者提供商品或者服务有欺诈行为的，应当按照消费者的要求增加赔偿其受到的损失，增加赔偿的金额为消费者购买商品的价款或者接受服务的费用的三倍；增加赔偿的金额不足五百元的，为五百元。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
