释义	法律分析: 员工在工作过程中由于自身过错造成经济损失，公司是可以对员工进行罚款的，严重的还可以开除，不用支付赔偿金。法律依据: 《工资支付暂行规定》第十六条因劳动者本人原因给用人单位造成经济损失的，用人单位可按照劳动合同的约定要求其赔偿经济损失。经济损失的赔偿，可从劳动者本人的工资中扣除。若扣除后的剩余工资部分低于当地月最低工资标准，则按最低工资标准支付”。由此可见，公司对员工进行罚款是有理由条的，但是不能够扣除员工当月的所有工资，如果不按照当地的最低工资发放是违反劳动法的。
