释义	法律主观：看情况：一、未成年人不满8周岁的，原则上订立的协议是无效的，但是经过法定代理人追认则有效。二、年龄在8到16周岁的未成年人，签订纯获利益的协议是有效的，其余协议还是需要经法定代理人追认之后才有效。三、已经年满16周岁，只要协议没有其他效力瑕疵的，协议就是有效的。《民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
