释义	法律分析: 一般来讲，劳动者提前30天书面通知公司离职，是不需要赔偿或违约金的。除非劳动者在约定的培训服务期满前离职，或违反了保密协议、竞业限制的约定，否则劳动者可以正常离职无需向单位支付任何违约金。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
