释义	法律分析: 儿媳女婿与公婆、岳父岳母并非法律上的父母子女关系，不具有父母子女间的权利义务。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第十四条赡养人是指老人的子女以及其他依法负有赡养义务的人，赡养人的配偶应当协助赡养人履行赡养义务。有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，对于子女已经死亡或者子女无力赡养的祖父母、外祖父母，有赡养义务。如果婚姻关系是存在的，儿媳女婿是有赡养公婆、岳父岳母的义务，如果夫妻关系不存在的话，儿媳女婿就没有赡养的义务了。
