释义	法律分析：具有下列情形之一的，认定为合同无效：1、当事人意思表示虚假；2、合同损害他人合法权益；3、合同违反法律法规的强制性规定；4、合同违背公序良俗等法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。第一百五十三条违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。第一百五十四条行为人与相对人恶意串通，损害他人合法权益的民事法律行为无效。
