DOCKET SHEET - A docket sheet is a document kept in a case file at the courthouse. It lists all papers filed and actions taken in a case. The judge may also note on it any action taken during a hearing or trial. Except for juvenile court and certain other types of confidential matters (such as adoptions), case files and docket sheets are public records and can be inspected by anyone. |
