释义	法律分析：分手后是否需要返还要看情况。一般恋爱同居期间互赠给对方的财物，如果数量不多、价值不大的，不能按照同居财产进行分割，一般不需返还；但如果属于以结婚为目的赠与对方的大额财产，属于可返还的彩礼的，或者有可撤销赠与的情形的，需要返还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
