环保自主验收还需要环保局吗

法律分析：肯定要环保验收，环保验收时在项目建成后，试生产3个月内提交环保验收申请，如果不验收会被要求停止生产，并且罚款。
法律依据：《建设项目环境保护管理条例》 第二十七条 违反本条例规定，建设项目投入试生产超过三个月，建设单位未申请环境保护设施竣工验收的，由审批该建设项目环境影响报告书、环境影响报告表或者环境影响登记表的环境保护行政主管部门责令限期办理环境保护设施竣工验收手续。
逾期未办理的，责令停止试生产，可以处五万元以下的罚款。
