电子税务局更改登录密码操作如下：
1、进入办税大厅的官网，进行登陆，登陆之后，双击账户设置；
2、之后，界面跳转，跳转后，点击页面左边的修改密码；
3、击修改密码后，输入原来使用的密码，再输入新设的密码；
4、提交后，如果旧密码不对，就弹出提示框子，点击“确定”，重新输入旧密码，再提交；
5、输入正确新旧密码后，界面就弹出密码修改成功的提示，就说明电子税务局的密码被修改成功了，点击确定即可。

《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法实施细则》第三条 对于纳税人的涉税保密信息，税务机关和税务人员应依法为其保密。除下列情形外，不得向外部门、社会公众或个人提供：
（一）按照法律、法规的规定应予公布的信息；
（二）法定第三方依法查询的信息；
（三）纳税人自身查询的信息；
（四）经纳税人同意公开的信息。
