释义	法律分析：一般来说，如果员工连续旷工15天或者一年中累计旷工30天以上的，那么单位是有权要求解除劳动合同的，但是目前在我国《劳动合同法》及相关的法律法规种，其实并没有明确规定员工旷工多久的期限，用人单位和员工的劳动合同自动解除，因此企业可以在规章制度中对员工无故旷工的期限进行规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
