2023年广州入户新规定 |

为了更好的体现公平性和规范入户广州的政策和问题，广州入户政策做了一下调整：
1、取消了以往的纳税入户，体现了政府落户广州政策的日益公平；
2、违反计生和子女违反计生的将不能再入户广州，以往的投靠和通过纳税入户的方式解决这问题将一去不复返；
3、人才入户和技能入户统一为引进人才入户；
4、积分入户的门槛降低，现在只需要60分就能申请。但是入户门槛相对提高了；
5、新政允许配偶及未成年子女随迁；
人才引进入户需符下列基本条件
1、用人单位
广州的人才引进具体由用人单位提出申请，然后由各区和行业主管部门汇总提出需求，最后由市发改部门统筹安排入户指标。用人单位即你所工作的单位(含机关事业单位、企业、社会组织等)在广州市注册。
2、申请者本人
首先，要求在广州市创业或者就业，并在广州市有合法居住场所。
所谓在广州创业，即在广州市进行工商和税务注册登记的企业担任法定代表人、投资者或合伙人。
所谓合法住所，包括：本人或夫妻共同拥有房地产权的固定住所；政府或用人单位安排的供其居住的住所；直系亲属拥有房产权的供其居住的广州市房屋；合法承租且依法办理了租赁备案手续的住所；申报人借住亲戚朋友家的，提供业主房产证明和允许借住书面证明；提供本市实际居住地所在的居(村)委会出具的证明；物业管理处出具的证明；广东省居住证(居住证上的住址须是本市，包括增城、从化)。
