释义	法律分析：合同当事人可经协商一致解除，也可向人民法院提起诉讼请求解除合同。依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，法律、行政法规规定应当办理批准、登记等手续生效的，依其规定。附生效条件或期限的合同自条件成就或期限届至时生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
