法律分析：8月1日到9月30日申报缴纳残疾人就业保障金，已安排残疾人就业的用人单位，请于8月1日至9月15日申报安排残疾人就业情况。
法律依据：《财政部、国家税务总局、中国残疾人联合会关于印发＜残疾人就业保障金征收使用管理办法＞的通知》
第二条 保障金是为保障残疾人权益，由未按规定安排残疾人就业的机关、团体、企业、事业单位和民办非企业单位（以下简称用人单位）缴纳的资金。
第五条 保障金的征收、使用和管理应当接受财政部门的监督检查和审计机关的审计监督。
