释义	法律分析：拿到绿卡只是获得那个国家的永久居住权，但是享受永久居留权不代表你是这个国家的公民，只是说你这名外国公民已经有权力在该国永久居留了，并不代表移民。移民是放弃原先国家的国籍，转入另一个国家的成为这个国家的公民（有些外国支持双国籍，但是中国不支持，一旦中国人转入外国国籍，视为自动放弃中国国籍），所以绿卡和移民是两个概念。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第九条定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
