释义	法律分析: 国企的下属单位有三种：一种是全资子公司，肯定是国有企业了二种是控百分之五十以上的股，或是控股最大的一方，叫控股国有企业或是绝对控股国有企业。三种是有一部分股份，有的甚至低于百分之十，这样的叫国有参股企业。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第十四条公司可以设立分公司。设立分公司，应当向公司登记机关申请登记，领取营业执照。分公司不具有法人资格，其民事责任由公司承担。公司可以设立子公司，子公司具有法人资格，依法独立承担民事责任。
