食品备案证和许可证的区别 |

法律分析：卫生许可证 是单位和个人从事食品生产及餐饮店的经营活动，经卫生行政部门审查批准后，发给的卫生许可凭证，有注册备案的许可证号。 餐饮服务许可证 即中国餐饮行业的经营许可证，是根据2009年6月1日开始施行的食品安全法，中国6月1日起正式启用的餐饮服务许可证，取代已沿用了几十年的食品卫生许可证。 食品流通许可证 是对食品流通许可证的发放、发放条件、发放程序以及与食品卫生许可证的衔接等问题予以明确。对食品经营者必须坚持先证后照，未取得前置审批文件，不得办理注册登记手续。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》 第三十六条 食品生产加工小作坊和食品摊贩等从事食品生产经营活动，应当符合本法规定的与其生产经营规模、条件相适应的食品安全要求，保证所生产经营的食品卫生、无毒、无害，食品药品监督管理部门应当对其加强监督管理。 县级以上地方人民政府应当对食品生产加工小作坊、食品摊贩等进行综合治理，加强服务和统一规划，改善其生产经营环境，鼓励和支持其改进生产经营条件，进入集中交易市场、店铺等固定场所经营，或者在指定的临时经营区域、时段经营。
