释义	法律分析：法官离职或退休后具备律师资格条件的可以从事律师职业，但相应法律进行了“竞业”限制。也就是是说法官退休后可以申办律师资格证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国律师法》第七条申请人有下列情形之一的，不予颁发律师执业证书：(一)无民事行为能力或者限制民事行为能力的;(二)受过刑事处罚的，但过失犯罪的除外;(三)被开除公职或者被吊销律师执业证书的。第四十一条曾经担任法官、检察官的律师，从人民法院、人民检察院离任后二年内，不得担任诉讼代理人或者辩护人。
