《青海省公益性岗位开发管理办法》
第三十一条
岗位补贴不低于全省最低工资标准，由省级和地方财政按比例承担。具体为：
按我省最低工资标准，省级就业补助资金补贴70%，地方财政配套补贴资金不低于30%。用人单位可适当给予公益性岗位从业人员工作补助。地方财政配套资金和用人单位承担补助资金的额度，由各市（州）人力资源社会保障部门和财政部门结合实际确定。
地方自行开发的公益性岗位，所需资金由地方自筹，不得从省级下拨的就业补助资金中列支。
