法律分析：
1、借款人的信用受到影响。由于银行对借贷人的个人信用比较看重，如果一旦还不上款，个人的信用就会受到影响，这将直接影响到借款人日后再贷款。
2、产生罚息增加日后还款压力。如果借贷人还款还不上的话，是会随着时间的前进而产生罚息的，这样一来，借款人的还款压力就会被增加。
3、贷款逾期一两个月的话，银行不会立刻就起诉，一般会先打电话来催借款人还款，还不行的话，银行会有专门的人出面跟借款人沟通商量的。
4、经沟通无效的，如果借贷人是提供了抵押物做抵押贷款的话，经多次催缴无法还款的，抵押物将可以被拍卖后用于偿还贷款。

《中华人民共和国刑法》 第一百九十三条 第一百九十三条有下列情形之一，以非法占有为目的，诈骗银行或者其他金融机构的贷款，数额较大的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金;数额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处五万元以上五十万元以下罚金;数额特别巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处五万元以上五十万元以下罚金或者没收财产。
